2025 Membership Category

Family Membership: Entitles immediate family use of entire facility. Immediate family are husband, wife, and dependent children 17 years of age and younger unless enrolled in college. This is a seven day a week membership. Members benefit from a 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and a 30% discount on the rental of the clubhouse for meetings, banquets and special occasions.

Individual: Single membership good for seven days a week and entitles use of entire facility Members benefit from a 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and a 30% discount on the rental of the clubhouse for meetings, banquets and special occasions.

Senior: Entitles use of entire facility. Must be sixty (60) years of age or older. This is a seven day a week membership. Members benefit from a 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and a 30% discount on the rental of the clubhouse for meetings, banquets and special occasions.

Corporate: This membership is for corporations or companies with multiple memberships. Each Corporate Membership consist of a minimum of three Individual Memberships. Memberships can only be filled by employees of the corporation or company and be submitted by each with proof of employment. These are seven day a week membership. Corporate Memberships come with unlimited guest passes but limited to 3 per visit. (Twilight rates) Corporate members also get a 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and a 30% discount on the rental of the clubhouse for meetings, banquets and special occasions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MYSTERY VALLEY GOLF COURSE AND SUGAR CREEK GOLF AND TENNIS MEMBERSHIP: CLUB MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND/OR RATES MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OFFER, DISCOUNT, PROMOTION, OR SPECIAL. NOT VALID WITH GOLF GROUP PLAY, TENNIS PRACTICES, LEAGUES AND/OR TOURNAMENTS EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT. TEE TIMES AND COURTS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. CLUB MEMBERS RECOGNIZE THAT THE GOLF COURSE HOSTS A NUMBER OF GOLF TOURNAMENTS AND OTHER EVENTS WHICH MAY LIMIT AVAILABLE TEE TIMES AND USE OF THE FACILITIES. CLUB MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND/OR GREEN FEES, CART FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. CLUB MEMBERS MUST SHOW IDENTIFICATION TO RECEIVE BENEFITS. CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND BENEFITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND HAVE NO CASH VALUE. CLUB MEMBERS MUST ABIDE BY ALL GOLF COURSE RULES. CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS VALID FOR CALENDAR YEAR AND WILL BE PRORATED AFTER JANUARY OF EACH YEAR. IF YOU ELECT TO CANCEL YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE OBLIGATED FOR THE REMAINING TERM OF CONTRACT, REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT METHOD. JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDES CHILDREN 17 YEARS AND UNDER LIVING IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. MYSTERY VALLEY AND SUGAR CREEK GOLF AND TENNIS CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE, REVISE OR MODIFY CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS AT ANYTIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. IN THE EVENT OF A REVOCATION OF THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP, A PRO-RATA REFUND OF AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID, WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON THE REQUEST OF THE CLUB MEMBER. THIS IS AN ANNUAL PROGRAM AND CLUB MEMBERS HAVE NO GUARANTEE OF RENEWAL ON THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GOLF COURSE WHERE YOU SIGNED FOR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CONSIDERED YOUR HOME COURSE. ON HOLIDAY’S OR WEEKENDS MEMBERS CAN NOT PLAY THEIR SISTER COURSE BEFORE 12 PM AT MEMBER CART FEE RATE. GUEST MUST PAY THE CART FEE AND CIP (WALKING OR RIDING). ONLY ONE GUEST PASS MAY BE USED PER MONTH (GUEST PASSES CAN ONLY BE USED AT YOUR HOME COURSE).There is no walking rates on Saturday and Sunday before 11:00 am. Any member that plays before 11:00 am will pay the applicable rate to ride.
